FAQ's

How long will my jewellery take to arrive?

Usually our pieces using precious stones, such as engagement rings and eternity rings, will be made within 6-8 weeks from the date of the order. Wedding rings are usually made within 4-6 weeks.

Bespoke work is slightly longer but again depending on the design will be made within 10-12 weeks from when the design is approved.

We can provide a rush service depending on the design and time of year. Please enquire for more information.

Do you have a showroom - where can I try a piece on?

We are based in Cheltenham in the Cotswolds, unfortunately we do not have a showroom but you are welcome to arrange to visit and meet in this area where we can show you some sample pieces. If you are unable to visit us in the Cotswolds we do attend various shows and these are listed on our website. We also hold customer meetings from time to time in London where you can arrange an appointment. Please email sarah@audreyclaude.com for dates.

How will I know my jewellery is ethically sourced?

We are committed to sustainable and ethical production processes. All sourcing is done in accordance to these principles including using recycled and Fairtrade metals and ethically sourced, conflict free, stones. Please read our information on sourcing for more information. We use ethically sourced diamonds and coloured gemstones and can currently source diamonds (Australian or Canadian), rubies, sapphires, emeralds, amethyst and spinel.

How can I check my ring size?

Please use our ring size guide to determine the ring size required. If it is not listed please contact us directly on info@audreyclaude.com

Do you work with clients remotely?

Yes we can work with clients all over the world. Please email us at info@audreyclaude.com or call us to arrange a consultation via phone, Skype or Facetime.

How does the bespoke service work?

We have produced a guide on the bespoke service we offer that you can check out here. Bespoke Service Guide

How much does the bespoke service cost?

After your initial consultation if you would like to commission Audrey Claude to design a bespoke piece or pieces for you we ask for an initial fee of £150 before design work is started (all designs remain the property of Audrey Claude this fee is to cover the design time and is deducted from the cost of the final approved design). On approval of your design we ask for a 50% deposit (less the initial £150) of the final cost in order to start production of your jewellery.
