Delivery and Returns

Delivery

Within the UK we offer FREE delivery to all pieces over £300 via Royal Mail Special Delivery. Outside of the Uk we use Royal Mail Airsure or Fedex. All services require a signature on arrival.

Delivery charges are as follows and require a signature on arrival. Please note any duties and taxes incurred at the point of entry for international deliveries are the responsibility of the customer and not Audrey Claude Jewellery.

  • UK Insured delivery (next working day) - FREE for purchases over £300 otherwise £7.50
  • EU delivery via Royal Mail Airsure - 3-5 days - £15
  • EU delivery via Fedex - 3 working days - £50
  • Outside of EU via Royal Mail Airsure - 5-7 days - £25
  • Outside of EU via Fedex - 3-5 working days - £50

Please note these delivery times are from the date we ship your piece to you and not from when you place your order. Please refer to the individual piece for the production time.

 

Packaging

Each piece is presented in a luxurious gift box with the Audrey Claude logo on. The outer delivery packing is kept discreet and plain.

 

Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, non-custom pieces (made to order engagement rings, wedding rings or bespoke pieces) which have not been made to order may be exchanged or returned for a refund within 30 days of receipt.

Please note there are no exchanges or refunds on made to order engagement rings, wedding rings and bespoke pieces. If however an item is found to be faulty , Audrey Claude Jewellery reserves the right to repair the item or re-make the item first.

To return an item please email info@audreyclaude.com and request a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) within 7 days of receiving your purchase.

  • Items must be returned as they arrived in their original packaging in with any security tags intact, with proof of purchase and the Return Authorisation Number provided to you by Audrey Claude and your reason for return.

  • Please send your return through a tracked and insured delivery service as we do not take responsibility for items lost in transit. If returning an item from the UK please retain proof of postage and we will refund your postage costs. International and EU return delivery charges are non-refundable.
  • Your refund will be issued within 3-5 working days from the item being received and checked by Audrey Claude. Refunds will be made to the same payment method used when purchasing.
 
Exchanges

Exchanges are possible within 30 days please email info@audreyclaude.com for your Return Number before returning a piece for exchange and follow the same instructions above for returning your piece for exchange. There are no exchanges on made to order pieces (wedding rings, engagement rings and bespoke pieces or custom alterations). We we will work with you on alterations of a made to order piece where possible - some additional charges for alterations may apply.

 

Resizing 

We are happy to resize most rings up to 2 sizes please contact us if you have a question about resizing your ring.

For any diamond engagement rings bought for a proposal we will be happy to resize the ring for you  free of charge. If you do not know the ring size we can make the ring up to the average size for an engagement ring and we can then resize it after the proposal.

Please refer to our ring size guide to check your ring size before purchasing. If you are unsure please email us and we can send a ring size tester in the post to you.

If you require a bespoke commission, engagement ring or eternity ring resized please email us and we will be happy to advise you on the potential costs.

Please note there will be some rings that cannot be resized so please email us if you are unsure of your size and we will be able to assist you further.

 

Warranty

We provide a one year warranty on our jewellery. In the unlikely event that your jewellery is found to have a defect we will make good your piece free of charge. If this is not possible we will offer an exchange or a refund.

Please note that repairs, exchanges, or refunds for defect jewellery do not apply to damage caused by wear and tear, lack of care, accidental damage, deliberate abuse of the jewellery, or loss or theft, or if any repair or modification of the jewellery has been carried out by anyone other than Audrey Claude Jewellery.

Damaged pieces outside of this warranty can be repaired by us and the cost will be dependent on the extent of the repair and the design.
