How long will my order take?
All jewellery is made to order and so please allow 8-10 weeks for delivery. Popular pieces are often made in advance and so delivery time may be considerably shorter.
If you are ordering a piece for a particular date or occasion ideally please order at least four weeks before and include the date in the Special Instructions section of the order form so that we can prioritise your order accordingly.
If you need any items sooner please email Sarah at sarah@audreyclaude.com and we will let you know if it is possible to send your jewellery out to you sooner.
Special Instructions
If you have any special instructions for your ring size or important deadlines please add these to the Special Instructions section box on the order form before you confirm your order.
Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers so that your loved ones can enjoy choosing their own special pieces of jewellery are available in multiples of £100. These can be purchased directly by contacting Sarah on sarah@audreyclaude.com
How do I order?
When you find the perfect piece of jewellery on the website then click on the ‘add to shopping bag’ link. You can then continue to browse the site and add other pieces of jewellery to your shopping bag.
Once you have finished shopping click on the shopping bag icon at the top or bottom of the page. This will take you through to a summary of your order. Here you will also be able to add any gift vouchers. Once you are happy with your order and have selected the delivery method you will then need to select the type of payment you wish to make. Then click to confirm your order, you will then be taken through to the secure payment pages where you can follow the on screen instructions.
How can I pay?
Payment can be made by credit or debit card and via secure paypal payment facility.

Each piece of jewellery is presented in its own gift box.
Postage charges
All orders are sent by Royal Mail recorded or Worldwide Airsure if shipping internationally.
UK standard recorded £4.00, dispatched within 14 working days
UK Special Delivery - £7.00, priority order dispatched within 7 working days
International delivery - £10.00, dispatched within 14 working days
Care of your Jewellery
Three basic rules for caring for your jewellery and ensuring it has a long life.
Returns
Al items must be returned within 14 days of purchase. To return an item you must email sarah@audreyclaude.com within 7 days of purchase and request a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) then follow the steps below.
Return postage from within the UK is refundable. If you want to return a package, please email us with proof of postage cost, and we will issue a payment for you in the postage amount. EU and International return postage and exchanges are non-refundable. The postage will be at the cost of the customer.
Purchases must be returned exactly how they arrived. Please ensure that items are returned in their original packaging with all labels intact and must not be have been worn, with proof of purchase with a clearly written RAN number provided by Audrey Claude.
Please note that there are no refunds or exchanges for bespoke pieces and made to order wedding rings or engagement rings. However if an item is found to be faulty Audrey Claude reserves the right to repair the item first or re-make the item for you.
Exchanges are available up to 30 days from purchase if products are available. Pease note there are no exchanges of made to order pieces (bespoke work, wedding rings and engagement rings).
How to make a return:
1. Safely package your item using the original packaging and box
2. Make sure you include your original receipt and your RAN and reason for return written on the returns section of your invoice.
3. Send your return to the address below. We recommend that you send your returned piece through a tracked and insured delivery service as we do not accept responsibility for items lost or stolen in transit. Please retain proof of postage and let us know if sent from the UK so that we are able to refund your postage costs quickly and easily.
Your refund will be issued within 3-5 days of your item being received at our studio. The full amount of good purchased will be returned to the same payment method used to make the original purchase.
